It's Domination 3 and I'm INLOVE~~~!

According to our registration thingamajig, there were 20,800+ people who came to Domination 3. At least this is true for those who got in. During the afternoon, some people got stuck outside because the venue went beyond capacity that they had to refuse entry. Poor gamers. Boohoo~! Hey who knows? Maybe next year will be a bigger venue perhaps? XD 4 Halls? (May maslalaki pa ba sa SMX?)

Domination 3 is finally over. Boohoo~! Why am I sad? Because it was so super dooper fun and it's over na! I met so many E-Gamers that day and they're oh so super awesome! Awww~

Good times! Good times! D3 was filled with so much fun for all E-Gamers! Especially to those who won the tournaments. The losers were very sport about it too. I didn't hear a single contestation during the tournaments. Whoa... That's a first for me. I guess that... in my 7th year in the gaming industry, I was already at that point where I keep expecting the worst that might happen. The good thing is, no bad thing happened. At all. Amazing!

The day started for me when the E-Gamergirls went on stage and invited people to join their club. They made this AVP about them and in the middle of it is a picture of me announcing to everyone that I am their mamasang (adviser). I am really proud of these girls.


After that, I went around the game booths - checking how my CGMs and CMs are doing. Asking the PMs if everything is ok. No problems were raised. Whew~ Sarap buhay~!

Around lunch time, I was called by the stage manager for the Globe event. I went on stage with our wacky hosts Ariel and Maverick for the "Win A Date With A GM" Contest. Super okray silang dalawa ha! Nalerker ako.


The event went OK pero super tagal matapos. Muntik pa ako maubusan ng questions. Grabe! Anyhoo~ In the end, may nanalo rin. Sila ang makakadate nila GM Asuerio and GM Medea next week. Courtesy of Globe. Lakas nila sa Globe, no? :P


I saw Xandra din during the morning. I used to work with her a long time ago when I was still a GM. *ehem* Moving forward... She's one of those who organized Alodia's Fans' Day. Which is also very successful by the way. Alodia is really popular talaga. She looks like a doll! She's pretty, smart, nice. Maganda na, mabait pa! San ka pa!? (Parang E-Games din no?)


Trivia: Do you know that Alodia and her sister Ashley were my guildmates a long time ago? Yes they were. :) And now you know. Haha!

The tournaments went well and I'd like to congratulate those na nag-uwi ng limpak-limpak (eh no?) na salapi! Pa-burger naman kayo~! Wooo! Burger! Burger!


And congrats din pala sa aking sexy na sexy na predecessor. Ang dating head ng Community na si Amethy! Regular gamer nalang sya now kaya puede nya na i-enjoy ang mag-cosplay~! Wooo! Nanalo sya ng Best Female Cosplayer for the E-Games Category.


Hmm ano pa ba? Tumugtog ang Paraluman and Hilera. Even Sandwich came. Tumugtog din sila shemps. They have songs kasi in O2Jam eh. Galing no? Ayos talaga si Raymund Marasigan. Ahh memories... You know... when I was 13 or 14, I used to go to concerts of Francis Magalona with my childhood friend - Vina Capco because front act nila ang Eraserheads. Di pa sila sikat that time. That was the time na papalabas palang yung song nila na Ligaya. I used to have a crush on their lead vocalist Ely Buendia. And to think I was only 13 no? Grabe! Tapos ayun sumikat na sila. As in super sikat! Until now kahit hiwa-hiwalay na sila, sikat pa rin sila.

May mga artista din na dumating from GMA. Vaness Del Moral, Ryza Cenon and Dominic Roco showed off their dancing skills. Galeng ha!


They went to Domination for a dance number and to promote SOP's Audition Celebrity Dance Battle Challenge. May segment na ang Audition sa SOP! Waaaaa! Sozyal~! It's supposed to start around May 10. During the show, magpapamudmod kami ng voucher codes sa screen. Alam nyo ba yun umaandar sa baba ng screen na usually headlines ng balita? Doon namin ilalagay ang voucher codes ng mga +10 weapons in Ran, Alien Pet sa Cabal at kung ano ano pang anek anek na rare! Kaya manood kayo ha!? Woooo!

Pero teka... alam nyo ba kung ano ang highlight ng D3 para sa akin? Hmm... how do I begin... I was so busy giving donuts (na nakulimbat ko from the VIP area. sorry G!!! Gutom na kasi sila weh~) to E-Gamers nang may biglang humatak sa backpack ko. Pinapa-akyat daw nila ako sa stage? Vakhet? Kumanta daw ako. Shempre game ang lola nyo da vah? Kasama sa trabaho yan eh. Lalo na't nakatingin sa akin si Sir Ed (VP of Marketing) na syang pumirma ng kontrata ko. Aba eh game talaga ako dyan! So ayun... umakyat naman ang lola nyo ng stage.

To make things short(er), kumanta ako with Rivermaya.

Super trip na trip ko ang Rivermaya during Bamboo's time. That was... I think... 1996. Wahahaha! Kaka-graduate ko lang ng highschool non. Medyo di ko sila feel during Rico Blanco's time and whoever replaced Rico... o kung meron man because I wouldn't know. Balita ko may isa pa raw vocalist na pumalit when I was overseas eh.

Anyway, dahil guapo si Jayson Fernandez at mabango ang kanyang hininga, simula ngayon, love ko na ulit ang Rivermaya! Woooo! Haha! Baliw ko talaga. O eto yun video na nakuha ko sa naghihingalo kong mobile phone.

This is my first Domination ever and I'm very glad to be a part of it. Bonggang-bonggang bongbongasciously bongga talaga! I'm really happy to be an E-Gamer and I love my E-Games family!


Kaya ako? Pag tinanong ako kung "San pa ako"? Ang sagot ko: "Dito lang sa E-Games!" May mas masaya pa ba dito? :D

GMs Havin' Fun

T'was the night after our event at Anonas Complex last March 28, 2009.

Me and the GMs decided to have dinner at a korean-populated restaurant in V.Luna Ave. in Q.C. before heading home.

Luckily, there was a videoke machine in the unoccupied and airconditioned space at the place and the GMs were more than glad to show each other their hidden talents in singing.

For the delightment of our friends, I took a video of GM Asuerio of Ran Online and GM Cerberus of ZX Online singing, dancing and giggling to the song "Barely Breathing" by Duncan Shiek.

Holding the camera phone was me of course. The others in the background that can't be seen (because it's just too dark at that place) were GM Faiga of Audition, GM Chromium of Cabal, GM Vrael of Ran, CM Aethrin of Granado Espada, CM Lowe of Audition, Lulu of IT and Ricci of Creatives. (Did I forget anyone?)
